<code class="function">SetYTickCrossing</code> sets the length by which the Y tick
marks cross the Y axis or plot border (depending on the tick position
set with <a class="xref" href="SetYTickPos.html" title="SetYTickPos"><span class="refentrytitle">SetYTickPos</span></a>) pointing inwards.
